Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact Erin erin@miikenhandcrafted.com for guidance. 

Due to the slow made nature of our pieces and the limitations of a small (one person) business, Miiken does not offer refunds or exchanges.
