Shipping and delivery

Every piece is woven by hand and made to order by a one woman show.  Please allow 1 -3 weeks from time of purchase for your order to ship.

If you need a piece sooner, please contact me and I'll do my very best to accommodate you.

Shipping

complimentary standard* shipping within Canada for orders over $120

$5 standard* shipping for orders under $120

**Please note standard shipping does not include tracking. Refunds are not automatically issued if there is a problem with standard package delivery - but it’s cheap and hasn’t failed us yet!

Expedited shipping flat rate of $15.00 across Canada and the US

Other international shipping calculated at checkout. If your country does not appear please reach out via email or DM. Does not include taxes or duty 

Tracking info for expedited orders will be emailed to you once your order is on the way.

Please note expedited shipping does not translate to expedited production.

 All sales are final and non-refundable. If a shipped product is found damaged please reach out immediately to let me know.

It is my absolute honor and joy to do what I love and provide people with well-made, wearable art, but please remember that each piece is made just for you, one bead at a time. Please read the product descriptions, and check your measurements (*especially for bracelets) prior to ordering. If you're not sure about the size or fit, (just how long does that earring hang?) email me and I'll be happy to model for you!

As a solo artist I do not have the capacity to process returns and exchange requests unless an item is damaged upon delivery. Please check your pieces at the time of arrival and contact me immediately if there's an issue.
